So, slightly different from my stats for this site, this post is the search engine results for my flickr pictures. I just … don’t know what to say. Oh wait, yes I do:

• slutty gnomes: slutty… gnomes? God, I hope to hell this is a warcraft thing, otherwise… what?
• butts in panties: Odd, most people like looking at thongs better, where your butt is most certainly NOT in your panties…
• sexy seal: What’s worse, that someone is actually searching for this, or that I have a picture of exactly that?
• you’ve been a bad boy go to my room: Cliched much? Sure enough, most people use the internet to find smut…
• ham soap: Stop mocking me. My ham soap was lovely.
• ham soap -soup: I have this problem with some of my searches, too. Google tries really hard to direct me to something that makes sense, but by golly I don’t WANT to make sense!
• elephant vs crocodile: It’s going to be as popular as Alien vs. Predator, I swear!
• disapproving look: I have LOTS of those! hooray, someone actually found what they were looking for!
• feeldoe: Aww yeah. Why do all of my popular photos include Jenn doing something weird?

• sweater puppies: wow, you are totally in the wrong place. My sweater puppies are more like sweater… hamsters. Baby hamsters. Stupid hamsters.
• worst wedding songs ever: I’m still interested in this. Today, I think I’ll add “Love Stinks” by the J. Geils Band. (Whatdya think, honey? Can we play that?)
• scornfully: that is an awesome word.
• peeing: Is the corollary to everybody poops, “everybody pees”?
• cybacious: I had to think a while to figure out what this was. At first, it sounded like an awesome exclamation. “Bodacious! Cybacious!” But then I realized it’s a type of cyst.
• making soap without lye: Can’t be done. If it’s soap, it has lye in it. If there’s no lye, it’s a detergent. So there.
• before i met you my heart was a crap taco: It’s true. A CRAP TACO.
• bath bomb supplies vancouver: Hooray, I’m helping! (Wicks & Wax in Burnaby is my preferred supplier.)
• buy lye in vancouver: Yay, I’m helping there, too! (Home Hardware on Commercial Drive.)
• elephant car insurance: …yeah, I don’t think I can help you with that. Oddly, these are the terms that had more than one person search for them…
• tiny tit in bras: Oh fuck off. I get it. Sweater hamsters.
• can i extend my contract with bell? No, because they’re EVIL. Of course, every other cell provider is evil, too. You’re doomed.
• all natural lion bait: Ok, I know how this got to my website (I took some aromatherapy-based bug repellent to Africa that had catnip in it, and yes, lions are attracted to catnip. no, I didn’t wear it when we were with the lions) but… but… WHAT? Who searches for this? Also: Try catnip, apparently.

You guys are nuts. I’m just saying.

I’ve gotten lazy, and quite honestly, haven’t kept up to date on my CSS skills (this is me not obsessing about HTML like I did when I was 20, who knew?), so it’s just easier to grab a template and muck with it a bit until I’m happy with it.

I might change the color at some point, the gray seems a bit … lacking in color for my particular tastes, but for now? Look at me, I got a new layout! It’s purty. Whatdya think?

In other news: I’m moving my database around a bit tonight, and my host warns me that there will likely be some downtime. So, expect to see some errors if you come looking for whatever reason. But considering how flaky my MySQL server’s been lately, it’ll probably just seem normal.

Which is too bad, because sometimes I get good comments from people who think they’re being clever with their email addresses. Huh.

Anyway, I installed a plugin that should post to my twitter feed whenever I write a blog post. My blog updating has dropped enough recently that this shouldn’t cause a giant flood of crap — or at least, no worse of a flood of crap than my regular twitter usage…

So, if you don’t use twitter, this doesn’t affect you at all. If you do? Now you get notified of my posts. Yeehaw.

My domain is a month older than Dolly the Cloned Sheep’s offspring. The #1 grossing movie the year my domain came out was Saving Private Ryan. Shakespeare in Love won the Oscar for best picture. Clinton was still in office. My sister hadn’t been born yet, Malia Obama was born the same year.

If my domain were a person, it would be in grade 5. It would be walking, talking, having opinions, and learning basic algebra. Knowing what sorts of things I’ve done with it over the years, it would probably be in the slow class.

Happy birthday, arwen.org, old girl. I still like you, and I’m not dropping you any time soon.

It’s not like I don’t have anything to write about. I could bitch about the Saga of the Water Heater and how it STILL doesn’t work, and how I had a boil-water-on-the-stove bath on Saturday, and I’ll probably do it again because my hair is starting to get that ever so sexy oily sheen to it again. I could write about how I’m SO FREAKING HAPPY with the new handmade soap, because I am and it’s awesome and I might just make some more tomorrow night. I could gush about how happy I am that we’ve cleared Naxx 10 two weeks in a row, and have started running Naxx 25. I could express amazement at the fact that I’ve cooked dinner twice in the last 3 days. This may be some sort of record.

I could write about how my budget planning is going reasonably well, and … actually, I might save that one for a real post anyway.

I mean, none of this is terribly interesting to anybody but me, but still, it’s the usual stuff that I write about.

But I dunno, I don’t really feel like it. This is not an apology, or a “gee, I’ll do better in the future”. I don’t really feel like I owe anybody anything. Just a “huh. That’s odd.”

So there.
