Not a worrier, just prepared

Yesterday, I worked out a “if Nick & I are both trapped away from home and can’t get to Justice because all of the bridges are out and earthquakes have ravaged the lower mainland” contingency plan.

Best of all? Jenn didn’t even laugh when I suggested it. What? I’ll look after her cat, too!

Just be aware that if I’m trapped in the post-apocalyptic city with Justice for a long time, I can’t guarantee that Liam won’t eat her.

I fully understand and accept this risk. Liam is a scary, scary cat.

I’m also quite certain that when you’re trapped in the post-apocalyptic city with Liam, he may eat you, too. Or the non-post-apocalyptic city. In fact, I’m expecting to hear that he’s eaten you any day now.

I’m not sure if you’re aware, but your cat is the embodiment of evil. (Hmm, thought: Is it possible that he lets you live because you’re his familiar?)

Not at all related: I totally agree with your comment (#160) on Dooce’s Maytag post today. A lot of people try to do what she did (use social media to get shit done) she just happens to have the clout to do it. And thus she gets villified. Because people are jealous, basically.

Anywho, just wanted to let you know I’m with ya.

Also, I TOTALLY worry about what would happen to my dog if something happened and Andy (the bf) and I couldn’t get back to him!

I’ve never thought out one of those for ours…may need to start.
