Party: Did not vomit, cry, or try to pick up any of Nick’s coworkers. SUCCESS!
EA throws a good party. The theme was “hollywood nights”, with a very 40s-esque feel to it. Started with a live big band, with swing & salsa dancers hired to make the rest of us look clumsy and awkward. The food was pretty tasty, and I don’t remember a single person’s name. Not even those who I’ve met before. Hmm.
We even made the cover of Life. We’re just that special.
Yes, EA’s holiday parties are fun. I don’t remember the theme the year I worked there. Mostly I just remember gambling (plenty of blackjack, roulette, etc).
