I'm so going swimming this weekend, whether the damn hot water heater is fixed or not. I did have a few friends offer up showers, but I couldn't get a hold of the nearby one last night, and didn't want to travel across half the city for a shower at 10 at night.... although, in retrospect, next time I'll bloody well travel. Icy hair washing BAD. Check out some community center websites - for $8 you can warm up in one of the city's hot-tubs and/or saunas, and shower off there. It's a bit industrial, but I'd rather wear flip-flops in the shower than torture myself with another icy hair washing. That sucks donkey balls.
