Request: Clever People

I need a new domain name for a side project I’m thinking of starting. Think: Easy to update turnkey websites.

So, I need a domain to advertise it & show some sort of portfolio.

and I can’t think of anything good… that isn’t taken. Damnit.

I really liked “snapsites”, but of course that’s taken, it’s clever. Everything clever is gone! No wonder web 2.0 nonsense names are so popular… everything that ISN’T nonsense has been taken!

However, .ca domain’s are fine, since the aim is local companies. So it doesn’t have to be totally original, but if the name is used elsewhere it shouldn’t be a company that makes websites.

Ok, clever internet people… gimme what you got.

    I thought about “websitestogo” but it exists exactly as a website design site on the .com side; tried “splitsecondsites” too, but it has a “coming soon” handle on the .com side. How about “websitein321″ or “easyas123websites”?

    Hmm. I also don’t want it to sound terribly spammy… anything with the word “quick”, “easy” etc sounds spammy to me…

    It’s pretty damn helpful for finding word combos that aren’t taken yet.

    How about “copaceticsites” or “copaceticdesign” – copacetic means “very satisfactory”.
