I wanted to make a new blog category for my EMS related posts, but I can’t think of a good name for it. Catch: It has to be short enough to fit into my navigation bar without wrapping. I particularly liked “unconsciousness implies consent”, but it was too long.
I may just let it sit until something pops out at me and makes me giggle, but in the meantime… suggestions from those who are wittier than I am?
How about “I see dead people”?
You could go with the old movie title “Mother, Jugs and Speed”
How about “While you were out…”

Whether the song by Motley Crue (reportedly written after band member Nikki Sixx suffered a heroin-overdose related cardiac arrest event and was revived by EMS) or the one written by Alannah Myles, “Kickstart My Heart” might be appropriate because as a category title it represents something that both gives you a boost and scares you at the same time.
Or having searched “paramedic jokes”, the following expression would seem representative of an EMS procedure, your aspirations to try a new career, and that the schooling is a bit painful:
“This might stick a little.”
