I have paint! Yay!
One of the things I need to do before I move is paint my dresser set. It’s wonderful — vintage, wood, and aside from a few bumps and scrapes (easily fixed with a bit of putty) in great condition. It’s just… yellow. Gah. I’ve been meaning to paint it for ages, but finally have an excuse: I’m not moving ugly yellow dressers into my gorgeous new apartment.
So I now have some black paint, some putty, and all the required stuff to go with it. Next, I need to buy new drawer pulls. But… there are 26 flipping drawer pulls between all three dressers. Even for the cheap ones at $3/each, that’s bloody expensive. That I can hold off on for now.
I suppose I can live with ugly drawer pulls for a little while anyway…
eBay for cheap drawer pulls?
for 26 of them? hell, the weight alone would cost almost as much as it does in the store!
