My sears card was suspended. Eesh.
Ok, partially my own fault. Well, really all of my own fault since really, it’s my responsibility… but there were extenuating circumstances: I haven’t received a bill in almost a year and I’m terribly forgetful. Despite, on several occasions, calling in to update my address, evidently it didn’t take until today. Am mildly annoyed. And despite the fact that the payment to bring me up to date was a measly $50, I now have to pay off the entire balance before they’ll turn it back on. The entire balance? About $400.
Sheesh. Oh well. I’ll pay it off in a month or two, after I’ve paid for this Africa thing, then cancel it. About the only thing I ever buy at Sears anyway is bras.
