I have a terrible cramp in my back that is either caused by slouching, or PMS. I haven’t had PMS in so long that I can’t quite remember what it feels like (I know, me and my “I don’t have a menstrual cycle” uterus can just shut right up…), but I think this is pretty similar.
ow, ow, ow.
Does that put you at risk for osteopososis (the lack of menstrual cycle, not the cramps)?
Ahem, that would be osteoporosis (stupid broken left hand!)
osteroporosis is caused by screwed up hormone levels, which usually accompanies ammenorhea. but, I have extra hormones being leaked into me via my IUD. So, no. :)
